Afternoon nap / 午睡


We should really get around to take a nap in the noon, even 30 mins will have a great positive impact on your brain activities in the evening.  You’d be more efficient and smarter, and someone argues that you’d even live longer.  For myself, napping time = reduction of regular sleeping time, kinda crazy isn’t it?
 
對身體是挺好的,對下午的工作效率有明顯的幫助.對我?不健康就是了!有時間午睡=夜晚不睡...有點本末倒置呢!

  1. if i have time, i want to take 1 – 2 hrs nap nei~~then… sleep 6 – 7 hrs at night lor~hehe~ add up to 8 hrs per day is fine la~~ @v@
