Don’t know why, just wanna have a nice dinner, so have a bit fusion about that… The following is the list of what I had:
AJI – sashimi
ISAKI – whole fish in sashimi
And I used the head of ISAKI and its bones to make a soup, with tomato. There was also a seared mushroom in a special sauce which I got inspired by seeing a video online…
A mixture of Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper, and some pepper powder… yummy!!
