Buffet at The Cafe – Sunday


Ritz-Carlton is goin’ to close its door in Central – being replaced by a business tower, and it will move to the Kowloon side.  I’ve always wanted to try out their renowned buffet.  The food was just bravo, with delicate service that made the night a BAM.  Hot towels after we took some Singaporean black pepper crab from the buffet table, patient and attentive chefs.  They just did their best to make the night of yours a very special night.  Sea urchin, mega scallop, abalon sashimi; lobster, Alaskan king crab, different origins of oysters, and other cold cuts… it was just delicious.  I especially love the lemon and olive oil, and the pesto vinaigrette salad dressing.  Photos, guys
