After the CRCC IPO engagement, I thought it’d be much better but it’s turned out that it is no easy task. I’m responsible to design all the TOC, and the client’s system makes it so difficult. There is no prior year working papers to follow in some cases; and in some other cases, it is not making sense to me at all.
Where is the Senior 2??? Someone, plz help!
