It seems that everyone had a good appraisal except Ms Seven.
I do appreciate the comments I got but some comments, which I found out after discussing with other colleagues, are targeting me without just clause. I did not start the practice, nor I actively involved in the practice… IT MUST BE THE PRIVATE BOUND between the SM and AM… LOL
Anyway, the salary isn’t up to my expectation but they claim that it’s market rate. I do know that Big 4 are paying up to around my pay for Senior 2 level… hmm.. apple vs orange? don’t really think so!
